The Vibration Catalyst smelts any block in-world into its smelted counter part. If the result is not a block, then the item drops on the ground and can be picked up. This item uses a consideriable amount of energy to proform this process, but can be handy during construction projects, such as when working with Stone for instance. This item is charged by EU, and as such, can be charged by the same methods other Industrial Craft tools use.
