He is right, you could probably put 1.#INF (infinite) EU INTO IT
I always use 4x Ins Cables, then use transformers to lower the voltage so that it will fit through an ordinary Insulated Cable. Glass Fibre is good for a bit but explodes after about 20 minutes.
bles coming from the reactor into a HV Transformer, then an MV Transformer, then an LV Transformer, then the MFSU.
even if you are producing more than the 512 eu a tick the glass cables can handle you should be able to use them after the hv transformer. steping it down to lv though is pointless. the mfsu can take the 512 eu/t the hv transformer puts outl. the mv and lv would only be needed at the machines that need the lower voltages.
like this
Note that doing so would cause the nuclear reactor will instanenly expload! (at the bottom-right corner of the page, it says generation time is 1 seconds)
Basically, when making seting up nuclear reactors, the two things you should care about is safeness (how long it takes to expload) and EU generation (how much EU it generates for the same amount of resources). You have to sacrifice one for the other: reactors that make a lot of EU have the danger of exploading...
Take a look at this:http://www.talonfiremage.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/v3/reactorplanner.html?43e7q3ytk50jdu28ezc4zo9xqwy675n83kpba32bolp6ev4zz7pe8w6ccvj2wew6y97pc4as4njzhts
8240 EU/t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
