The Mining Drill is a Ic2 mining tool. It can mine everything except; obsidian, bedrock, end portals, and a few blocks from the Twilight Forest mod.
The Mining Drill can be charged in a Generator, BatBox, MFE, MFSU, or a Charging Bench. It can also be charged automatically by having a BatPack or LapPack equipped, or charged manually by pressing "Right Click" while holding a RE-Battery.
The mining drill can be upgraded to the diamond drill, advanced diamond drill, if you have dartcraft installed, a power drill, and there's also another lesser known Ic2 mod that adds another version of the drill.
