The 10k Coolant Cell is an item created from a Water Bottle, Water Bucket or a Water Cell. The cheapest way is to use a Water Bottle and 4 Tin, since it is easy and cheap on materials, as well as filling Water Bottles doesn´t remove a Water source block. As Water Bottles are crafted from glass they are renewable, so are the most logical choice for crafting 10k Coolant Cells.
